Fair price policy:
It's not always possible to offer fixed prices but as a company we aim to ensure prices charged are reasonable, fair for both sides and as transparent as reasonably possible.

For example, if your diagnostic is DPF related and we need to remove components to test pressure sensors, if you proceed with the works whilst dismantled then the diagnostic time will form part of the overall repair labour times, thus reducing the total bill whereas if vehicle is put back together and no work undertaken a diagnostic charge would apply depending on time spent on it.
